To ensure our clients receive their scheduled appointments in a timely manner, we enforce a no-show policy. Our policy on missed appointments and cancellations covers no-shows, late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes, and cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This policy requires payment of the missed appointment fee before booking future appointments!
