•  Monday’s Pilates with weights 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm @ the PACC
•  Wednesday’s Pilates  with weights 6:00 am to 7:00 am @ Anytime Fitness      
•  Friday’s Cardio Core HIIT 6:00 am to 6:45 am @ Anytime Fitness  
•  Saturday’s Pilates with weight 8:15 am to 9:15 am @ the PACC
•  Saturday’s Core flow 9:30 am to 10:00 am @ the PACC
